All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit.
Because our products are limited-stock specialty finds, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, change of mind, or items that were ordered incorrectly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at milafindsit@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the delivery location. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at milafindsit@gmail.com and we will help review the issue.
Final Sale Items
Used items, items damaged after delivery, and items reported after the 3-day damage/defect window may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
